How We Process Your Order
Please allow up to two working days for us to process your order after it has been placed. Orders received after 2pm on any weekday may be processed the following working day. Any order placed on Friday from 2pm onwards, or over the weekend, will be processed on Monday.
Our picking team will fulfil your order as quickly as possible. If any items are temporarily out of stock, a member of our sales team will contact you by phone or email. We can offer suitable alternatives or dispatch the remainder of your order — the choice is yours.

UK Mainland Shipping Rates
We offer straightforward, competitive delivery pricing for all UK mainland orders. Our rates are calculated based on order value and whether your goods include standard or pallet-sized items.
Standard Delivery
UK Mainland parcel delivery. Orders up to £300 in value.
Free Standard
Free UK Mainland delivery on all orders over £300.
Pallet Delivery
For large orders. Free pallet delivery on orders over £2,000.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days from the time of dispatch. Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday and timed delivery options are available on request — please contact us for a quote.

All deliveries are insured for the full value of the order. Where goods are delivered by a third-party carrier, proof of dispatch constitutes proof of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage within 3 days.
